NATO Response Force (NRF) soldiers and vehicles from the 27th Battalion of Alpine Chasseurs, 126th Infantry Regiment, 4th Regiment of Mounted Chasseurs and 93rd Mountain Artillery Regiment, French Army, moves from Istres-Le Tubé Air Base, France to Mihail Kogălniceanu international airport, Romania.
The NRF has been activated for the first time in its history for defensive purposes in response to Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified invasion of Ukraine, demonstrating NATO’s commitment to the protection of its Allies.
